Jo Lindner posted fitness-related tricks techniques, routines, and tips on his Instagram. Jo died from an aneurysm at the age 30, on June 30th 2023. Jo was suffering from discomfort in his neck right prior to his death. The news of his death was announced by friend and fellow bodybuilder Noel Deyzel via Instagram on July 1, 2023 and later by his then-girlfriend Nicha.
